Shipping Costs
United States shipments: Small orders will typically ship USPS Media Mail. Large orders will be shipped FedEx Ground. Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days (most within 24 hours). Most shipments are delivered within 3 to 10 days of ship date. (Other delivery methods are available upon request.)
Canada shipments: Orders of 1 or 2 books will ship USPS First Class International. Orders of 3 or more books will ship USPS Priority Mail International. USPS lists the delivery time for Priority Mail International as 6 to 10 days, and states that delivery time for USPS First Class International will take a little longer. Other delivery methods are available upon request. The customer is responsible for any applicable import fees. Canadian customers may need to pay taxes (GST and PST) and a processing fee to their post office.

The discounts stated above apply if you order from BergWay Publishing. You can also order from book distributor, Baker & Taylor, or from Amazon.com, but their discounts and shipping rates apply.
Terms and Conditions for BergWay Publishing
Invoices are due and payable in thirty days from the first of the next month after the date of the invoice. Discounts will be forfeited if accounts are not paid within ninety days of the due date. Interest of one and one-half percent per month will be charged on delinquent accounts.
All unblemished books may be returned for credit or refund if received within one year of the original invoice date. A copy of the original invoice must be included with return shipment. Shipments must be returned prepaid to BergWay Publishing, P.O. Box 701785, Plymouth, MI 48170-0970. Unblemished books are not torn, mutilated, scuffed, or defaced in any way.
